Job Description/Requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Working with current tenants to resolve any issues that come up during their tenancy
  • Communicating with landlords as to the status of their property(ies)
  • Fielding questions (via email, phone, and text) for our active listings
  • Assisting with new owner onboarding
  • Coordinating property repairs
  • Describing our process to interested owner leads
  • Scheduling photographers
  • Writing new listing copy
  • Meeting all key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Job Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Proven track record of great customer service experience (bonus points for tech/start-up or real estate customer service/support)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – able to explain complex issues in simple terms and adapt your tone for different users
  • Tech-savvy (ability to troubleshoot software, understanding and experience using VOIP, excellent information literacy)

  • Candidates must reside in one of the following states/country: AZ, NM, TX, GA, FL, NV, WA, OR, Philippines, or Pakistan.
