Job Description/Requirements
Job Responsibilities
- Working with current tenants to resolve any issues that come up during their tenancy
- Communicating with landlords as to the status of their property(ies)
- Fielding questions (via email, phone, and text) for our active listings
- Assisting with new owner onboarding
- Coordinating property repairs
- Describing our process to interested owner leads
- Scheduling photographers
- Writing new listing copy
- Meeting all key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Other duties as assigned
- Job Requirements
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Proven track record of great customer service experience (bonus points for tech/start-up or real estate customer service/support)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – able to explain complex issues in simple terms and adapt your tone for different users
- Tech-savvy (ability to troubleshoot software, understanding and experience using VOIP, excellent information literacy)

- Candidates must reside in one of the following states/country: AZ, NM, TX, GA, FL, NV, WA, OR, Philippines, or Pakistan.
