Your mission:
- Work with us on global People Development topics in Mondi
- Support our Talent Management Cycle including preparation of Talent Management sessions in our business unit Flexible Packaging
- Reliable administration and reporting (e.g. PD data analysis)
- Contribute to our People Development projects and topics in our business unit Flexible Packaging
- Closely work in a team of passionate HR professionals and support them in their daily tasks
Your profile:
- Student (m/f/diverse) in the field of human resources, business administration, social/communication sciences, or a comparable field of study
- Passion for People Development topics and projects and willing to learn
- Safe handling of all MS Office-programs (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent English skills, written and spoken. German language skills of advantage
- Pragmatic with a can-do and hands-on mentality, ready to do ad hoc tasks
- Independent way of working, structured, accurate; organized
