We are a busy recruitment company based in (CBD) Central Business District in Zonnebloem, Cape Town. We provide a service 24hours a day, 365 days a year. The atmosphere is fantastic and throughout the day we want to have fun whilst completing our tasks.
Our team is expanding and we require 2 people to join our Recruitment Team. You will be mainly making outbound calls to our candidates and to new temps. You will need to have excellent communicational skills, be confident, be persuasive, be reliable and be super organised. When making outbound calls, you will be calling our existing work force of nurses, gathering their availability and then offering them to work in the various places we can get them work. We have many USP's, so as long as you're confident, you can communicate well and you are persuasive, you can be successful within the team.
We require you to be pro-active and you will be expected to make a lot of outbound calls to our nurses and care assistants. When networking with temps, you need to build relationships with them. Working smart and gathering referrals for their friends and networking between them all, will only allow you to get more temps and for you to earn more commission. The role within the Recruitment / Head Hunt Team;
- Call candidates and convince them to join our team.
- Call our temps as offer them work.
- You will need to liaise with our colleagues who works in the Uk.
- Answer incoming calls quickly and professionally
- Liaise with Uk consultants when you have a query via phone calls, whats ap and emails if non-urgent.
- Update candidates and keep them "hot" so they register with us.
- Take instruction from day consultants and action things they may send over
The hours of work are to match the Uk’s working pattern, therefore every six months the hours will change to meet the time zone to ensure we can continue supporting our nurses/carers and clients.
- October to 31st March 19:00 SA time to Midnight SA time
- 1st April to 30th September 18:00 SA time to 23:00 SA time

Salary,
- Monthly basic salary : R8000 subject to statutory deductions, and R650 (additional) is the medical aid contribution from the company.
- For every Temp you book Out To Work (OTW), you will receive R100. If you place 10 new temps OTW a week, 40 a month, that is R100 x 40 = R4000 a month commission.
- Commission is uncapped, so the more you put in, the Head Hunts / temps you recruit, the more commission you can earn.
- A much higher total pay is fully achievable and sustainable, where you eligible for a monthly incentive capped at R1000 on top of the commission provided you achieve your KPI’s and have 100% attendance.
