HR Manager / HR Business Partner [Finland]


 

We are now looking for an experienced HR professional to join our People Operations team. Together with our two Coordinators this role will be responsible for our day-to-day employee and supervisor support throughout the employment life cycle.

In your role as our HR Manager, you are responsible for providing business-oriented service in employment matters for our Finnish organization. You will be working side-by-side with our supervisors and leaders, helping them in various challenging leadership situations. In addition, you steer the development of our administrative processes and tools, and make sure we are capable of scaling up our volumes and service efficiency as we grow further. As a senior member of the team, you also help to prioritize the day-to-day employee HR support items, provide insight and advice for your team members as well as are ready to mentor and coach your them when needed.

We are looking for a quality and delivery-oriented, positive team player, who is not shying away from the challenge of simultaneous high-priority projects nor the complexity that international work environment and year-to-year 25% growth of the organization sets to us. You have already gained vast experience in the field of HR / employment matters, preferably in a more senior and/or leading role and have solid knowledge of Finnish employment law, collective bargaining agreements and HRM systems/tools. Furthermore, you are ready to carry the responsibility of not only yourself, but also of your colleagues’ work, and are comfortable in interacting and cooperating with all layers of the organization. In this role you also need to be fluent both in English and Finnish, as well as know how the Finnish labor market and society operates.

What we expect from you

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a track record of success in driving HR initiatives and programs
  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate others
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools
  • Fluent Finnish language skills (the job includes regular communication with the Finnish authorities)
