Our financial software client is looking for a motivated individual to join their sales team.
The Sales Support Specialist will work directly with the sales team in a fast-paced, vibrant company by playing a crucial role in providing administrative support to the sales team. This individual will assist in managing the client pre-implementation activities, as well as being the primary interface to our partners and clients during this process. You will also facilitate communications, collaboration, and interaction between the sales team and other internal groups to ensure a premium client experience.
Responsibilities
- Facilitating communications across partners, clients, and internal groups.
- Ensuring a smooth pre-implementation process including data gathering and responding to status inquiries.
- Tracking progress for document inquiries such as supplier and IT questionnaires.
- Monitoring client progress in the client portal.
- General project support for the sales and implementation teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role.
- Organizational and multi-tasking capability with prioritizing multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing data entry and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written, since there is an extreme emphasis on email and the use of other systems.
- Customer-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
