Front Office Coordinator [Indonesia]


 

A Pilates Studio in Uluwatu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Front Office Coordinator (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to the guests
  • Oversee the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image
  • Maintain the Front Office Manual (e.g. updating all forms, manuals and charts as necessary)
  • Serve as the contact point for the phone vendors and answering service
  • Organize and maintain office supplies and needs on a weekly basis
  • Handle guests' check in and check out
  • Reply to the guests’ inquiries
  • Make sure that the classes run smoothly

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • Proven working experience as a Front Office Coordinator or in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Ms. Office
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Quick thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good attention to details and computer skills
  • Flexible, open minded, good attitude and willing to learn
  • Able to follow procedures
  • Confident to speak up and recommend improvements

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp3,500,000 - Rp4,800,000 per month
