A Pilates Studio in Uluwatu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Front Office Coordinator (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to the guests
- Oversee the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image
- Maintain the Front Office Manual (e.g. updating all forms, manuals and charts as necessary)
- Serve as the contact point for the phone vendors and answering service
- Organize and maintain office supplies and needs on a weekly basis
- Handle guests' check in and check out
- Reply to the guests’ inquiries
- Make sure that the classes run smoothly
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Proven working experience as a Front Office Coordinator or in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient in Ms. Office
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Quick thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to details and computer skills
- Flexible, open minded, good attitude and willing to learn
- Able to follow procedures
- Confident to speak up and recommend improvements
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp3,500,000 - Rp4,800,000 per month
