On behalf of our client, the largest Tinplate and Stainless-Steel Service Centre in Southeast Europe, we are currently looking for a self-driven Purchasing Analyst, to join its team.
Your day-to-day
- Contact vendors and process purchase orders of direct operations materials
- Check data accuracy in orders and supply chain documentation
- Handle order pricing formalities
- Contact vendors to obtain missing information and/or handle claims
- Maintain data accuracy in the Company’s ERP
- Connect with all stakeholders to achieve successful delivery
What you will need
- Up to 3 years’ experience in a relevant field
- University degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or other relevant discipline
- Proficient in English, verbal and written
- Experience in ERP systems and Office suite
- Excellent organization and accuracy skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight timeline
- Strong communication skills
