About your future role
We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional with proven track record in marketing strategy and execution across multiple geographies.
In terms of your key responsibilities, it translates to the following:
- Own end-to-end complex initiatives in SME Group Marketing across Nexi group in alignment with SME and Partner Strategy defined for the group (e.g. create a blueprint for Customer Lifecycle Management across all relevant channels and provide implementation recommendations in close alignment with Group and Country leadership)
- Identify areas of opportunity to leverage local best practice into Group-wide blueprint, continuously seek to improve and streamline marketing processes and collaborations across Group and Country teams
- Own the overview of improvements in SME Group Marketing and ways of working. This covers identification of potential improvements, scoping projects, defining the approach and leading the programmes to realise potential
- Oversee the overall progress across initiatives and projects and ensure direction and strategic guidance to the teams
- Support SME Group Marketing EVP in communicating objectives and plans across relevant stakeholders in Group and Country teams
