Operational Assistant.
This job offer is a temporary contract for 3 months.

Your Responsibilities
The Operational Assistant will execute a wide range of administrative and coordination duties within the unit in order to ensure the efficient administration and use of resources.
- Handle the operational and administrative tasks of the Unit, including logistics, facilities, IT accesses requests
- Ensure some back-up in other areas of Unit (that could be some budget tasks/ training requests follow-up/some HR tasks)
- Organise staff movements (arrivals, internal mobility and departures)
- Monitor and coordinate requests for IT equipment & accesses by colleagues to ensure they have what is, needed to operate
- Maintaining some dashboards, communicate with colleagues from "Staffing" part of the Unit to verify the status on staff movements in the Directorate
- Provide back-up on trainings requests monitoring.
- Monitor the mailbox (many interactions with various contractors companies)
- Preparation of staff movements news in Intranet-amendment
Your Profile
- Successful completion of secondary-level education, coupled with a 2-year certification in a pertinent field or secondary-level education accompanied by equivalent qualified experience in a related field.
- At least 3 years of pertinent professional experience
- Demonstrated drive and persistence
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and ability to anticipate deadlines
- Effective organizational and prioritization skills, adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
- Very good oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write clear and concise reports
- Analytical skills to analyze, summarize, and present information with attention to detail
- Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English, good knowledge of French
