Marketing Coordinator
We are looking for a flexible, structured and well-organized employee with excellent communication and negotiation skills and strong written expression competency for the management of the online marketing unit of our Metropolitan Market Centre in Athens.
Do you have at least 4 years of professional experience in a similar position in which you have already proven your organizational talent, marketing skills and creativity?
In your new position you will be responsible for the coordination of all digital marketing activities in your unit. Your areas of responsibility will among other thing include:
Your tasks
Write and optimize contents for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing well time or improving conversion
Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites
Arrange webinars and webcasts
Email marketing campaigns
Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
Ability to work on all printed material to supplement online and offline products
Attend product launches and networking events
Ability to Plan and execute corporate events a plus
Editing and writing skills, devise and edit contents for various digital platforms; writing blog posts may well be an integral part of the job
Your profile
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
4 years of professional experience in the specified working area preferable in a multinational company
Extensive experience in the implementation of digital projects
Local market experience
Sound knowledge of performance-oriented KPI analysis (monitoring, measurement, evaluation)
Analytic thinking with regard to RoI controlled optimization of campaigns, for example via Ad-Server and Google Analytics
Excellent Greek & English communication skills
Good team working abilities, creativity, responsibility and independent working style, strong persuasive powers
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop will be a plus
