JOB DESCRIPTION
- Verification of client's information and checking authenticity through calls.
- Reviewing client's information against pre-set criteria to avoid any error.
- Conversion of information for further use in the Department.
- Ensure to maintain client information in company records is highly confidential.
- Dealing with all queries.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Maintaining proper follow-ups with clients.
- Highly motivated, honest, and have the ability to multi-task.
- Excel and Word knowledge (intermediate to advanced would be an advantage)
- Good communication skills
