Business Analyst

This is a remote role with occasional travel to offices in South Dublin.

Cadent Sourcing has partnered with a global healthcare services company that provides point-of-care health information and enhances the clinician-patient experience by offering an intuitive and unique EHR to the healthcare industry.

With offices in South Dublin, my client is looking to recruit a Business Analyst to assist in developing business requirements and functional requirements side-by-side with other talented and experienced team members.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of clinical and business experience, a clear understanding of healthcare practices, business operations, and strategies.
  • Relevant degrees or certifications are a bonus, indicating additional expertise.
  • Direct involvement in user story writing within an Agile environment, showcasing practical requirement-capturing skills.
  • Proficiency in crafting user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and utilising documentation and issue-tracking tools (Confluence and JIRA) for efficient project collaboration.
  • Highly innovative, flexible, and self-directed, capable of adapting to changing project requirements and finding creative solutions.
  • Experience in a software development company, offering valuable insights into the development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of healthcare certifications and industry standards, ensuring compliance and industry-specific understanding (Meaningful use requirements, HIPAA standards, SNOMED, CDA, ICD, HL7, etc.)
  • Healthcare domain expertise is a bonus, providing a deeper understanding of healthcare systems and challenges.

The Role:

  • Identify and resolve potential issues, actively participating in their resolution to prioritise customer satisfaction.
  • Implemented and managed clinical user feedback, evaluating, adopting, and reviewing products for performance improvement.
  • Optimized clinical documentation by evaluating workflows, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing system efficiency.
  • Led the development of unique features for specific clinical workflow requirements.
  • Identified and resolved issues to prioritise customer satisfaction and enhance product quality.
  • Provided guidance and support to the team in incorporating information technology into clinical workflows, administration, revenue cycle, and patient engagement.
  • Collaborated with Product and Operations management to establish clear goals and project scope for clinical initiatives.
  • Supported the Deployment Team in aligning system capabilities with clients' clinical and operational needs.
  • Contributed to tender and new business responses, providing valuable insights and securing opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €80,000.00-€90,000.00 per year
