About this Opportunity
We are now looking for a Trade Compliance Advisor to provide guidance on Trade Compliance matters for Ericsson-LG. You will be part of the Leadership team, proactively identifying and eliminating Trade Compliance risks for Ericsson’s legal entities and business operations, as well as defining Trade Compliance requirements in Sales, Import/Export, and transfers of HW/SW services and technology.
What you will do
- Handle License Management and contract compliance
- Ensure smooth cross-border transfers incl. custom management, authorities’ interface, import/export coordination and support
- Provide subject matter expertise (coaching and mentoring to other process areas and organizations)
- Ensure Trade Compliance in all applicable process areas in EBP (e.g., Service Delivery, Sales, Sourcing, service area Repair & Supply)
- Define which authorizations are required for different types of contracts, agreements, financial set-ups, and contractual terms and conditions
- Provide professional advice on Contracts, Free Trade Agreements, and supply chain activities
- Ensure Trade Compliance system process by establishing and maintaining GTS legal and sanctions control
- Act as a single point of contact For MOTIE (Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy)
You will bring
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Legal, or Supply Chain disciplines
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Trade Compliance, Customs Management, Import/Export Control
- Experience in implementation of AEO Certification and ICP authorization/Certification and handling South Korea Comprehensive Custom Audit
- Experience in Import/Export License Management and Certified by MOTIE (Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy)
- Understanding of MUS/ONE Project Team and trainer/supporter of the SAP program, preferable in GTS
- Experience in handling semiconductor supply chain risk management
- Language proficiency in Korean and English

Document Return Policy
- This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.
- A job applicant who has applied but not been selected for a position at Ericsson-LG (the "Company") may request that his or her hiring documents be returned to him or her in accordance with the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.
