The Role - what you'll be doing
Leading, coaching, mentoring and being a role model for our future Customer Care team (4 persons)
Support with Hiring, Onboarding and Training of new team members
Solution oriented handling of customer requests
Managing projects and general administrative tasks
Evaluation of Team Performance
Implementing and continuously developing efficient process flows
Collaborating with global Customer Care leaders to develop best practices together
Stakeholder management across various functions

About you
We don’t know you yet, but you might recognize yourself in the following:
You have previous experience in a Team Lead capacity – driving KPI performance through coaching, mentoring and motivating a team
You are a problem solver with strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
You have a passion for technology and systems
You work in a structured manner and enjoy optimising work flows
You have a very proficient level of German & English (further languages are an advantage)
You like to take on responsibility, are prudent, like to work proactively and act independently as well as part of a team and you are not rattled easily
You have a good feel for people, teams and their dynamics
