Job Description

Job Summary:

• Lead / coordinate systematic problem solving, CIP projects and lean activities to contribute business (cost reduction, quality improvement, productivity improvement, customer satisfaction)

  Process system enhancement and standardization (manufacturing process procedure and documentation)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead / implement actions to prevent occurrence of any nonconformities through systematic ways (parameter control,error-proofing, calibration, etc.) and appropriate quality tools
• Lead / implement actions to maintain and optimize manufacturing process
• New process / machine / tooling specification, purchasing, validation, acceptance and release
• New customer project technical evaluation and preparation, including tooling commissioning
• Monitor, develop, improve and stabilize manufacturing process / equipment
• Tooling management, spare parts, TPM
• Plan and follow-up activities to improve production lean maturity
• Plan and follow-up activities to improve productivity
• Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels
• Coach and train technician team to improve the technical and professional maturity

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical)
• 3+ years process experience in automotive industry w/ mass-production and short cycle time
• Systematic thinking, behavior, problem solving, and tool usage (PDCA, 5why, PSS, 8D, capability study, MSA, SPC)
• Experienced with assembly process / device, e.g. staking, screw, vision system, servo, cylinder, sensors, robot, etc.
• Experienced with flow chart, PFMEA, control plan, special characteristics
• Knowledge of MES and SAP
• Cooperation, coordination, self-learning
• Experience of digital transformation / I4.0, programming (Python, JS, SQL) would be a prefer
