Retail Sales Associate
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with assistance in finding products or answering their questions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately

- Recommend products to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate information to customers
- Host events for customers based on a variety of game systems
- Assist in setting up customer accounts
- Contribute to the store social media presence
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
