What are we looking for?
You will be working as Head of Global Customer Service and report directly to the Vice President Omnichannel at Vorwerk International. You will be part of a unit which is driving all omnichannel activities, enabling a great and seamless experience for our advisor sales force and our customers. Your main responsibility is to drive Vorwerk’s advisor and customer service to new heights. You are heading a small but specialized team and have impact on all customer service organizations around the globe. Your job responsibilities include:
- Define and implement a meaningful customer service strategy and enable a state-of-the-art service for our advisors and customers
- Set new impulses and implement market standards
- Drive change in customer care organizations and headquarters
- Enable market representatives of customer care functions to become co-authors of the strategy
- Lead a global community into a new level collaboration, incl. global events & local sparring
- Develop the global Advisor & Customer Service unit into a center of excellence for customer care activities
- Leadership for projects, which includes stakeholder management, steering of external service providers and consultants
- Continuous enhancement of systems and business processes
Your Profile
- Minimum of 10 years work experience and strong track record in customer service environments
- Proven project management skills, especially in change and transformational projects
- Excellent leadership and management skills with strong strategic mindset and ability to get things done
- Highly committed to service and satisfaction as key driver
- Enthusiastic appearance, passionate, can convey his/her enthusiasm, good presentation skills
- Experienced in international company setups and cross-cultural working groups
- Operational experience in customer care is a plus
- Understanding of the “Direct Sales” business model is an advantage
- Excellent English language skills. German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish considered a plus
- Excellent computer skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
