An experienced Oracle Cloud Workforce Compensation/Rewards consulting professional who understands HCM solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Ideally demonstrating 4 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel across EMEA as needed.

  • Education level/Qualifications: University degree in relevant field
  • Professional Workforce Compensation/Rewards implementation experience to include at least one full lifecycle of a project.
  • Proven experience implementing one or more of the following modules: Workforce Compensation/Rewards is essential. Additionally experience in one or more of Fast Formula, Core HCM, Journeys, Payroll, Benefits is preferred
  • Expert in Workforce Compensation/Rewards business process area and typical integrations
  • Superior ability to understand, articulate and address business issues, business drivers and needs
  • Able to plan and facilitate design sessions. Able to conceptualise a solution of significant scope, across multiple business processes
  • Very good presentation and communication skills

THE ROLE – ORACLE CLOUD WORKFORCE COMPENSATION/REWARDS CONSULTANT

An exciting, high-profile opportunity exists to join our growing Workforce Compensation/Rewards Consulting community as a Workstream Lead for Oracle Cloud Workforce Compensation/Rewards implementations across the EMEA region.

  • Work with the Project Manager and Solution Architect to plan the Workforce Compensation/Rewards implementation project workstream
  • Analyse customer Workforce Compensation/Rewards requirements, define solution parameters and specifications
  • Conduct formal workshops with the client to agree the solution design, displaying knowledge of the business environment in defining the customer’s needs
  • Work with offshore and/or local team to configure the Workforce Compensation/Rewards solution
  • Assess business and technical impacts of solution
  • Perform software version control and maintain periodic compilation schedule
