YOUR CHALLENGE
Support the global administrative handling of the Finder Business for Bank Julius Baer in adherence to the regulatory guidelines
Global determination of periodic accruals for different commissions and fees (e.g. retrocessions, trailer fees, management fees etc.)
Monthly reconciliation of the financial data delivered from Global MIS
Global processing of commissions for external asset managers and finders
Verification and booking of trailer fees according to third party agreements
Global consultation and business support
Maintain accurate, up-to-date master data
Ad hoc analyses and reports
YOUR PROFILE
Banking Apprenticeship
Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial industry
Organized and reliable working style
Affinity towards IT-tools
Proficient user in MS Office applications (incl. Excel and Power Point)
Fluent in German and English
Strong risk & business orientation
Natural team player
Excellent social and communication skills
