RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet the customers in a friendly manner.
- Carefully pack all products from one trolley to the other.
- Ensure that the cashier scans all items.
- Push the trolleys to the cars of customers.
- Unpack the trolley into the cars using boot liners.
- Responsible to manage the availability of trolleys
- Keep the trolleys’ wheels oiled.
- Check all non-saleable items passing the tills.
- Perform any other tasks as required by Senior Management to ensure the continued smooth operation of the company and to meet the company aim of high standards and high customer service.
STAFF DEVELOPMENT:
- Develop and train my own and all other staff regularly on all aspects of my work and the company by giving regular feedback whenever possible.
- Expected to be familiar with the Stodels Introduction Booklet, Customer Service Policy and the Code of Conduct as updated from time to time.
- Expected to undergo job related training from time to time.
