We are recruiting full and part time professionals in and around Auckland on a temporary / contract basis. What you can expect
As a Customer Service professional, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to your customers. Your main responsibilities will include handling inbound calls and emails, efficiently resolving customer inquiries and issues, and building rapport to ensure customer satisfaction. Attention to detail, effective communication, and a resilient nature are essential for success in this role. You will work towards challenging Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to continuously improve customer service standards, so individuals who enjoy a challenge would be well placed!
