Bookkeeping AU Account [Philippines]


 

Key duties & requirements:

  • Ability to process transactions in Xero and/or MYOB Accounting Software
  • Knowledgeable in Hubdoc
  • Understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication handling for the client
  • Confident with bookkeeping practices

Good to have:

  • Use of ClickUp (no experience necessary)
  • Follow up of Accounts Receivable via email and phone call
  • Experience with generating financial statements and giving advice based on them
  • Experience with cashflow preparation
  • Client onboarding management
  • Operational reporting to the client on all aspects of the business

Knowledge/Skills/attributes

  • High level of spoken and written English required
  • Excellent at maintaining confidentiality.
  • High attention to detail & accuracy, and strong time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly to change.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
  • Technologically savvy and eager to pick up new skills.
  • Strong computer skills, Office 365, Google Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
