We are seeking an experienced Night Manager who can align with our values and champion the success of our team. As the Night Manager, you will oversee the night shift surveillance camera operators and supervisors and be responsible for monitoring the activity in the Command Center between the hours of 10PM – 6AM. You will ensure that all surveillance operations are conducted in compliance with our company policies and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the night shift surveillance camera operators and supervisors, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure their success
- Monitor the activity in the command center, creating a positive and collaborative work environment that supports team growth
- Analyze data from surveillance cameras and provide reports to the management team, contributing to the development and implementation of new strategies
- Respond to emergencies and security incidents and take appropriate actions, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our team and clients
- Ensure all equipment and technology are functioning properly, providing support and resources to ensure team efficiency
- Train new supervisors and ensure staff follows company protocols and procedures, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with other departments and stakeholders, collaborating to achieve shared goals
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure client satisfaction, ensuring that all team members understand the importance of client relationships
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the management team regarding performance, recognizing and rewarding team success
- Ensure all paperwork and reports are completed accurately and on time, modeling excellence in team organization and communication
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Night Time Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully leading and developing teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve their best
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and respond to emergencies quickly, demonstrating grace under pressure
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, taking initiative to identify and address issues proactively
- Open availability for night shifts (10PM to 6AM) and weekends, with a commitment to putting the needs of the team and company first
Compensation:
- 55k - 60K Per year salary
