Responsibilities:
Perform daily tasks related to food packaging.
Assist packers with any concerns or questions they may have.
Conduct onboarding sessions for new packers and explain packaging guidelines.
Respond to inquiries and provide support to packers when needed.
Conduct training sessions to enhance packing skills.
Maintain safety documentation and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure product standards are met.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Pay close attention to detail in all packing tasks.
Manage time effectively to meet packing deadlines.
Adapt to fast-paced environments and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Ideal candidate should have:
