Digital Commercial Operations Manager [Australia]


 

This is a 12 month parental leave contract based in Sydney.

What you’ll do as Digital Commercial Operations Manager:
This is a critical role responsible for maintaining Paramount/Network 10’s oversight of digital inventory, revenue and yield ensuring continued growth within our digital offerings within the marketplace. The purpose of the role is to increase revenue through the effective management of digital assets and the implementation of innovative revenue-generating strategies and processes.

Functions will also include:
Oversee program and events inventory and revenue forecasting, working closely with the Digital Analytics and Digital content teams
Monitoring Yield and Sell Through weekly
Sales reporting, breaking down by various dimensions to encourage insight
Detailed monthly revenue reporting for the finance team
Pivotal part of approvals workflow across sales booking and briefs
Maintain and enhance the quality of reporting across various systems
Work closely with the Digital Ad Operations and Ad Tech teams to minimise revenue impact and improve uplift
Manage and support a team of analysts

What are we looking for in a Digital Commercial Operations Manager? What’s important?

At least 5 years’ experience in digital advertising operations and sales environments, particularly in digital video
Understanding of the digital advertising sales process
Experience with ad serving technologies such as Google Ad Manager (GAM), Operative, SalesForce and BI reporting tools (e.g. Qliksense)
Experience leading & managing teams
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a user-friendly manner
Ability to define and implement processes and policies
Strong time management skills
Adaptable in an ever-changing environment and works well under pressure
Confidence and demonstrable history of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
