We require extra support in our Customer Support department as we are growing quickly. Our customers are mainly elderly so you need to be patient and have empathy with our customers situations. We provide an essential service to our customers and we take great pride in doing so.
We will provide the training and support to get you up to speed and all you need is to bring the right attitude and a passion to help vulnerable people. You do need good computer skills and have a pleasant phone manner. Excellent English is a pre-requisite.
This is a part time role. We are a family business so you need to work well in a small team.
