Shape your Financial planning strategy
As a Billing Analyst, you will collaborate with our Sales and Operations teams, processing customer's invoices in a fast paced environment. You will work with a global team of billers to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.
As a Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Monitoring and reconciling job tickets to field job data as well as maintaining SAP job data.
Preparing customer invoices efficiently and enter correctly into the system with ability to organize, multi task and good attention to detail.
Verifying information, maintaining files and assisting in the preparation of reports.
Building relationships internally with ability to coach performance of team, training, cross-training , and mentoring of new and experienced billers and overseeing day to day operations.
Preparing accounting statements and reports related to billing.
Handling other duties and projects as assigned.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate's Degree preferred.
Have accounting background. 3-5 years’ experience in accounting or finance is a plus.
Show intermediate knowledge of accounting principles.
Demonstrate professional oral and written communications.
Have knowledge of product lines and services.
Show good computer skills with proficient in use of Microsoft Excel.
Have experience in SAP, MS Word, & MS PowerPoint is a plus.
