Tasks
- With their established client base, you will spend 80% on sourcing, candidate management and recruitment, 20% of your time will dedicated to client relationship building, account management and business development
- Develop and grow the software development market through account management, business development and delivering the best tech talent
- Act as a brand ambassador when with clients, at events and on the market
- Headhunt, recruit, network and attract candidates to make the best match for your client
- Interview and evaluate candidates to match your requirements
- Deliver a best-in-class service on the market
- Experience in Tech recruitment within a recruitment agency ideally on the Swiss market
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Complete understanding of the recruitment cycle, sales and business development
- An unrivalled passion for the industry
- English is essential, German is highly appreciated
