1. At least a Master's/Doctor's Degree in Tourism Industry, Hospitality Management, Airline Business, or related fields.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
3. Have good knowledge and experience in Tourism Industry, Hospitality Management, Airline Business, or related fields.
4. Candidates with background or teaching experience will be considered as a plus.
5. Be subject to special consideration if s/he has an academic position or research publication.
