Maintain highest degree of confidentiality
Managing daily / weekly / monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments of the team management & prepare minutes of meeting accordingly
Checking emails and give / draft them appropriate reply
Good knowledge of accounting
Manage / maintain commercial invoices / daily accounts / Petty Cash and other documents
Strong follow up with clients.
Maintaining proper Office Documents and related files in soft copy as well as hard copy
Proficient in MS Office packages is a must - Excel with Pivot & V loop a must / Word / PPT / Photoshop / email etc
High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
3-5 YEARS RELEVANT JOB EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
