What you will do
You will join the sales team in Taiwan. You will monitor and supervise sales activities and help to achieve yearly sales target, ensure the design specification of BMS are within project scope and comply with the requirements of local authorities and clients
How you will do it
- Achieve annual sales target in accordance with Company’s objectives and direction
- Direct and lead sales team and be responsible of overall planning of sales activities, tendering and negotiation process, marketing, and promotional functions
- Conduct sales activities as necessary to achieve target
- Develop sales teams personnel to optimize equipment selections and minimize lead times to employ the most cost effective means to fulfill tender requirements
- Strengthen relationships with external stakeholders including owners, contractors, and consultants to secure more orders
- Liaise with customers and attend meetings with customers or customers’ representatives, follow up proactively on any customers’ requirement
- Conduct site visits and assist with execution of BMS systems to ensure customer satisfaction and meet the Company’s goal and achieve levels of productivity, efficiency and effective results
- Maintain a positive, supportive and hospitable attitude so as to develop and influence customers to maintain a long-term service relationship
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure internal processes are followed and are efficient in accomplishing intended objectives
What we look for
Required
- Degree holder or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years BMS sales experience, of which at least 5 years at a managerial capacity
- Experienced in BMS products/solution sales and execution
- Deep knowledge of Taiwan market and market segmentation
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong selling, influencing and negotiation skills plus excellent interpersonal skill at all levels
- Independent, resourceful, strategic-thinking and able to work under pressure
Preferred
- Possess Mechanic / Building Services / Electrical Engineering related academic background
- Established relationships with owners, mechanical contractors, and consultants
- Prior experience with Johnson Controls and/or Tyco offerings
- Demonstrated industry experience in building systems and services
- Experience in escorting customers to showcase facilities
- Effective project execution skill including cash flow planning and project monitoring
- Experience in account management and stages of opportunity management
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM tool
- Experience in HVAC systems and controls
