Job Role: A property consultant who helps clients buy, sell, or rent real estate properties and work with clients to understand their needs and preferences, analyze the market and property trends, and provide expert advice on buying, selling, or renting properties.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing expert advice: Deep understanding of the real estate market, including property trends, legal requirements, and financing options. Able to provide expert advice to clients on buying, selling, or renting properties.
- Analyzing the local real estate market to identify potential properties for clients. This includes conducting market research, reviewing property listings, and evaluating property values.
- Able to create attractive property listings that highlight the unique features of each property. This involves taking photographs, writing descriptions, and creating marketing materials.
- Must be skilled in negotiating who can work with buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements and able to negotiate contracts, review offers, and ensure that all legal requirements are met.
- Must be responsive, professional, and committed to providing excellent customer service, able to answer client questions, address concerns, and provide regular updates throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
- Ability to communicate other languages is added advantage.
