Job Description
I am recruiting a QC Senior Manager role to be based in central Taiwan!
This position is for a pharmaceutical, oncology-focused therapeutic drug company. The business is a mid-sized corporation with R&D capabilities and centres based in Taiwan, and manufacturing capabilities based across Asia and Europe. The focus is on soft gels, tablet, and capsules manufacturing.
Where necessary, relocation support will be provided to the shortlisted candidate.
This is an entirely on-site manufacturing plant-based position, reporting directly into the manufacturing plant’s Site Quality Head, ensuring that all your accomplishments in this role is highly visible – this will help in further progression within the business down the line.
As the only QC Senior Manager based in the Taiwan plant, you would be leading on every first to market and first in class launch that is made possible with the company’s strong pipeline of oncology drugs.
Additionally, the QC Senior Manager will be empowered with all resources to be able to lead on new process development and transformations within the QC team.
The successful candidate for this role of QC Senior Manager:
- Must have a minimum of 8 years of QC work experience
- Must have strong HPLC technical knowledge (this role is non-hands-on, but technical knowledge in HPLC is mandatory in order to guide the team where necessary)
- Must be familiar in working within the pharmaceutical GMP industry and be familiar with ISO 9001 regulations
- Must have strong experience in managing chemistry labs
- Due to the stakeholders, suppliers, and countries that this QC Senior Manager position will manage and work with, must be fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English language
