HR/Admin Assistant [Philippines]


 

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of HR functions (Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Training & Development and Etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process. (handles end to end recruitment process).
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
  • Willing to do field (going to SSS, Philhealth and PAGIBIG) or even site offices such as Tanza, Tagaytay, and Sta. Rosa.
  • Assist in timekeeping and payroll.
  • Develop training and development programs.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php15,963.70 - Php20,000.00 per month
