Your area of work
In a very challenging environment, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive Project Management Officer (PMO) who will support a team of project managers and business analysts coordinating IT strategic projects for our Clearstream Funds Services S.A. entity.
Your responsibilities
- Resource management: the successful candidate will be responsible for the Capacity Management tool (EXCEL, JIRA) which will be a major part of the PMO role, this will involve analysing capacity data to identify gaps and propose solutionsSupport/improve existing PMO processes as well as the creation of new PMO processes
- Support the enhancement of existing PMO JIRA tools as well as the development of new JIRA tools
- Full Project Support Office activities:
o Proactively support Project Management Teams for project initiation, project lifecycle support, project closing
o Track and monitor Project deliverables including full document management via Alfresco as well as deadline tracking with projects teams
o Organize & coordinate the central PM/PMO repositories (sharepoint, Alfresco, etc)
o Support requirements definition and quality assurance of program management tools and methodologies
o Communicate clearly and confidently on all above items at all levels within the organisation
o Be a point of contact for Project Management and Project Office team, with ability to follow up on their day-to-day issues and questions
o Organize coordinate, prepare and follow-up project meetings (agendas, minute taking for some meetings)
o Be able to understand an AS-IS situation and propose a TO BE solution
Your profile
- University degree or equivalent with at least 2/3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Excellent knowledge of JIRA
- Very good knowledge of Sharepoint
- Knowledge of PowerBI or similar tool would be a plus
- Very good analytic skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Capable to work and produce good results under pressure within a team environment
- Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines and report issues/delays
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English
