We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Professional Qualification (PQ) Senior Associate to join our team. As a PQ Senior Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our PQ programs. Your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth administration of qualification processes, maintain accurate databases, and provide support to learners, tuition providers, and PQ bodies.

Responsibilities:
Monitor all PQs:
  • Manage the learner's database, including support agreements and documentation.
  • Coordinate exam registrations and ensure timely communication with candidates.
  • Finalize PQ commitments for leavers and handle agreement terminations.
  • Arrange payment and claim processes related to PQs.
  • Prepare monthly salary deduction and refund reports for Human Resources.
  • Organize rewards for prize winners and high-performance results.
Work with tuition providers and PQ bodies:
  • Collaborate with tuition providers to register for online and classroom training for students before the exams, order tuition materials, and arrange payments.
  • Negotiate the Employer Contract (if any) with training providers and PQ bodies
  • Coordinate with PQ bodies to ensure compliance with guidelines and policies.
Membership management:
  • Manage the membership database and ensure accurate records.
  • Coordinate membership fee payments and track renewal processes.
Monitor PQ policy site and manage the PQ Database:
  • Update PQ Policy and provide guidance for staff and announce exam-related information.
  • Develop and maintain a PQ application to manage and communicate policies, PQ statuses, and relevant information to staff.
Reporting:
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports on PQ status for the executive team or specific divisions as required.
  • Prepare monthly/ quarterly reports to the management team and respective line of services.
Support the delivery of the people’s agenda:
  • Assist with routine reports and data analysis.
  • Participate in engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Support some HRBP tasks upon request.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in managing PQ programs or similar responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience in HR or learning and development functions is a plus.
