What kind of company?
We are currently looking for an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our dynamic coworking space team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining all aspects of our information technology infrastructure and systems. Also, you will be involved in managing the day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing IT strategies to support the smooth functioning of our coworking space.
Your responsibilities:
IT Management:
– Select and manage the appropriate software and hardware to run operations within the coworking space.
– Oversee and maintain the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and computer systems.
– Monitor and optimize the performance and reliability of the IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
– Collaborate with external vendors to procure and maintain hardware, software, and other IT resources.
Multimedia:
– Develop the IT & Multimedia concept within the coworking space.
– Manage subcontractors involved in multimedia projects.
– Implement emerging technologies such as AR, VR, and blockchain to enhance the coworking space experience.
Standardization and IT Strategy:
– Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support the goals and objectives of the coworking space.
– Collaborate with the management team to identify and prioritize IT needs.
– Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of IT resources.
Data Management and Security:
– Oversee data backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
– Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the coworking space's systems, networks, and data from cyber threats.
– Develop and enforce IT policies related to data privacy, security, and acceptable usage to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Other:
– Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance IT literacy and skills among staff.
– Provide guidance and support to the team in effectively utilizing IT tools and software.

Your requirements:
– Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent).
– Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and operations, preferably in a coworking space or similar environment.
– Strong knowledge of networking, servers, computer systems, and IT security.
– Familiarity with multimedia technologies and their integration into workspace environments.
– Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
– Strong project management and organizational abilities.
– Ability to stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– English written and oral at C1 level.
– Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and operations, preferably in a coworking space or similar environment.
– Strong knowledge of networking, servers, computer systems, and IT security.
– Familiarity with multimedia technologies and their integration into workspace environments.
– Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
– Strong project management and organizational abilities.
