We are a startup fitness company interested in opening fitness and wellness centers in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir. We are looking for an HR team builder to help us recruit and grow a team of admin staff, personal trainers as well as fitness class instructors.
Working with Admin staff will be to help build competence within the team to follow the manuals and also give any training if needed.
Working with the fitness staff will be to help create a structure with the team as well as ensure they are trained consistently.
We would also require knowledge of compensation and benefits in this space and ways to maximize the motivation of the team by an incentive scheme.
