About Our Client

We are looking for a HR Business Partner for our business partner operating in the Textile Industry located in Malatya

Job Description

  • Be responsible of all HR processes within responsible accounts (from recruitment process,orientation process, performance management, talent management to exit process and etc.)
  • Provide a broad range of support in employee relations, people engagement, talent management and organisational development
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Establish the budget plan for the related processes, strong follow-up and reporting
  • Build and maintain operationally excellent data tracking processes
  • Maintain HR Data sources, design and run analytic HR reports
  • Support and active contribution to internal communication plan
  • Active role within related HR projects

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors degree from a reputable university
  • Minimum 5-6 years of significant HR generalist experience preferably in Recruitment, Training & Development and Talent Management
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications, SAP / SuccessFactors is preferable
  • Proactive, result oriented and self motivated
  • Having strong communication skills and being a good team player
  • No military obligation for male candidates
