About Our Client
We are looking for a HR Business Partner for our business partner operating in the Textile Industry located in Malatya
Job Description
- Be responsible of all HR processes within responsible accounts (from recruitment process,orientation process, performance management, talent management to exit process and etc.)
- Provide a broad range of support in employee relations, people engagement, talent management and organisational development
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Establish the budget plan for the related processes, strong follow-up and reporting
- Build and maintain operationally excellent data tracking processes
- Maintain HR Data sources, design and run analytic HR reports
- Support and active contribution to internal communication plan
- Active role within related HR projects
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelors degree from a reputable university
- Minimum 5-6 years of significant HR generalist experience preferably in Recruitment, Training & Development and Talent Management
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, SAP / SuccessFactors is preferable
- Proactive, result oriented and self motivated
- Having strong communication skills and being a good team player
- No military obligation for male candidates
