Your new adventure
Supporting the division (110 people globally) in all administrative and organisational agendas
Office management including appointment coordination and travel organisation for Global Supply Chain Management
Preparation of presentations and documents in German and English, preparation and follow-up of meetings
Organising the onboarding of new employees in the department, anniversary celebrations and departmental events
Interface function with locations in Mexico and Hong Kong and promotion of global cooperation
General purchasing processing (SOX controls, contract management, supplier blocking, ...)
Your experience s and skills
Completed commercial training (apprenticeship, HAK, or similar) and several years of professional experience in a senior assistant position
Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
Excellent knowledge of German and English
Strong organisational skills with a structured, solution-oriented approach to work, affinity for numbers
High service orientation, open-minded and integrative personality with a high degree of initiative
We offer
You will receive an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits . The minimum salary for this position is EUR 46,346.72 gross/year in accordance with the very attractive collective agreement for the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
