Assistant Account Manager [Pakistan]


 

1. Managing a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met promptly and professionally.

2. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.

3. Collaborate with internal departments, including operations, sales, and Tracing and Tracking, Dispatch, to ensure smooth and efficient execution of client requirements.

4. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.

5. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for assigned accounts, preparing regular reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

6. Participate in client meetings, business reviews, and presentations to showcase our services and address client concerns.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to provide valuable insights to the Account Management team.

8. Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts, service agreements, and pricing proposals.

9. Handle billing and invoicing processes of all payables and receivables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements:

1. ACCA, MCOM, or related field.

2. Proven experience in the logistics industry, with at least 3 years in a client-facing or account management role.

3. Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

5. Analytical mindset and proficiency in analyzing data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.

6. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.

8. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.

10 . Must have experience with quick books.

11 . Must have the ability to work in late night as per client Canadian time.

12 . Have strong command on Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable(AR).

13 . Must be fluent in English.
