To strengthen its team, SYSTRA SA is looking for a Project Manager for urban and rail transport infrastructures for its Lausanne branch
Your role :
- In charge of the management of large-scale multidisciplinary urban and/or rail transport infrastructure projects from the study phase to commissioning (according to the SIA catalog of services)
- Management of the smooth running of projects (administrative, financial and deadline compliance)
- Sharing of expertise with colleagues
- Coordination of project teams and organization of their tasks
Requirements:
- You have a degree in engineering (EPF/HES) or an equivalent diploma
- At least 15 years of professional experience in Switzerland as a project manager in the field of civil engineering for urban or rail transport infrastructure
- 10 years of experience in rail transportation (mandatory)
- In addition, you have already successfully managed projects in these fields and are familiar with the standards and regulations in force
- You are fluent in French and German

- Respect of the objectives set by the head of the department or the contract manager (turnover, margin and customer satisfaction).
- Quality of the services carried out on the whole of its missions
- Participation in the technical and commercial development and economic performance of the branch
Job Specifications:
- Depending on the needs of the project(s) on which he/she will be assigned, he/she may complete his/her activities with business development missions
- He/she will work primarily on the project(s)/site(s) to which he/she is assigned.
- He/she will coordinate the interfaces to ensure that the project progresses according to the references.
- He/she will lead or contribute to the constitution of phasing plans and weekly plans
- He/she may be required to manage or contribute to the monitoring of contract costs.
