Job Summary:
i. Execute route to market strategy for Writing business development in assigned Province or City.
ii. Manage local distributors and top accounts to achieve business targets.
iii. Develop and improve local customer base in order to build up effective and qualified distribution network including distributors / channels.
iv. The distribution network will assist in launching and distribution Newell Brands Writing business in China.

Job Duties:
- Support area sales manager to develop and build local distributors to build up effective and qualified distribution network in Prestige retail / Traditional trade and Wholesale channel, achieve the annual sales revenue budget and SGM target in assigned province or city.
- Maintain a good business network with different level distributors and channels via daily communication and operation to ensure the target distribution, coverage and the best in-store execution in terms of pricing / display / assortment & promotion.
- Execute marketing activities including new product launch, promotion, in-store fairs etc.
- Work with Area Sales Manager to implement AP & CF plan, track the plan with best ROI.
- Upgrade local market information.
- Provide accurate forecast plan of assigned customer and accounts.
Qualifications:
- University degree is preferred
- 3-8 years’ experience in well-known FMCG / premium consumer goods / stationary industry multinational company
- Strong Field Sales management and distributor mode management experience, knowledge and skills
- Experienced province business management
- Sales sense and logical is must
- Sales Management Functional knowledge
o Distributor selection / management / engagement
o Assortment management
- Analytical skills and attention to details
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Ability and desire to multi-task
- Customer centricity knowledge
