In this role you will take ownership for a specific client portfolio which will require building and maintaining client relationships and ensuring that excellent customer service is provided, needs of our partners are understood and innovational solutions to sophisticated problems are proactively identified and shared. In addition, you will initiate and perform Life & Health administration reviews of ceding company information both in-house and at the client location primarily throughout Europe. Your duties will include due diligence exercises where you should display innovative thinking in exploring opportunities for value creation and meeting client needs.
Encouraging and supporting an international team through various cycles of intensity is one of your main feature. You will have the opportunities to show your strengths by participating in various cross-functional projects where pragmatism, P/L mentality and innovation will be important assets.
Through your analysis on client accounting figures, you will seek opportunities for increasing profitability, higher efficiency and client value in the relevant portfolio.
You will be acting as a representative towards internal and external partners by providing strategic advice, constructive feedback and proficient analysis. This occurs in collaboration with the offshore processing hubs and the internal cross-functional teams.

Essentials
- You possess a strong working experience in the (re)insurance industry and profound L&H know-how.
- You are proficient in written and spoken French and English, knowledge of any other European language is an asset
- You are analytical, curious, and keen to use analytical tools (R, Power BI, etc.) to monitor performance and reveal deviations from the expected outcome
