General Description:
- This role will provide site clinical budget and payment support for Greater China as selected for BeiGene studies
- This role will oversee all CBO Greater China site payments including budget development, system setup and centrally coordinate site payment activities
- This role will serve as an escalation point for any payment inquires in Greater China region
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerBi, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook, Grants Manager
- Effective verbal and writing skills; English + local language, if relevant

Essential Functions of the job:Budget Development:
- Develop country budget for clinical sites using Grants Manager or other tools as applicable.
- Provide trainings to SSU teams on use of site budget and negotiation parameters (includes global tracking and reporting).
- Deliver trainings to clinical operation colleagues or other BUs as needed.
- Responsible for life-cycle budget management for investigator fees and other site related clinical spends.
- Oversee the development of processes and best practices to enhance and evolve CBO operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management, as required.
Payment Management
- Develop study level payment templates
- Manage the site setup in CTMS payment system and other systems, as required.
- Responsible for site payment and CTMS system queries from study team related to payments
- Ensure all site payment are accurate and on-time.
- Responsible for requested payment reporting for region, based on process requirements
- Deliver core trainings to clinical operation, as requested
- Oversee the quarterly accrual process
- Training, mentoring and Development of Payment local Team.

- Effective knowledge of site budget items and requirements in China
- Experience with clinical budget development
- Understanding of standard payment activities in the clinical research setting
- Experience managing and developing a team
- Good understanding of clinical operations processes and work practices.
- Experience with using Grants Plan or Grants Manager is desirable.
- Good internal personal and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation skills
