We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager - GLOBAL PROD. DELIVERY-RTB- TKH.Principal responsibilities
This generally involves proper coordination in project basis from business approval, agreeing deliverable, documents review to carry out on-going communication with clients and all stake holders, and to resolve any issues arising from any subject during the end-to-end on boarding process to ensure the overall delivery is on schedule, and meeting client's expectation for a long-term relationship to commence.
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
- Strong client facing and negotiation skill to deal with clients.
- Excellent written English, excellent oral skills in English and Mandarin.
- Analytical to enhance procedures and controls.
- Problem solving skills and client focus/centric.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willing to change and be proactive to drive change.
- High integrity and professional.
