Recruitment Specialist [Philippines]


 

  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using on line job websites, social media etc
  • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
  • Conduct prescreening interviews
  • Ensures that knowledge is up to date on the latest recruiter tools and suggests improvements to enhance the organization’s capacity to attract talent across the company.
  • Conduct continuous Recruitment and Selection and undertake hiring as necessary
  • Monitors employee status and updates employee records accordingly. Coordination with concerned personnel relations on employee /assignment and compensation/benefits.
  • Perform others task that maybe assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mandaluyong City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
