- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using on line job websites, social media etc
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
- Conduct prescreening interviews
- Ensures that knowledge is up to date on the latest recruiter tools and suggests improvements to enhance the organization’s capacity to attract talent across the company.
- Conduct continuous Recruitment and Selection and undertake hiring as necessary
- Monitors employee status and updates employee records accordingly. Coordination with concerned personnel relations on employee /assignment and compensation/benefits.
- Perform others task that maybe assigned from time to time.

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
