Requirements:
- Experience within a Contract Catering , Food or Deli environment is preferable.
- Passionate about customer service
- A keen eye for detail with a passion for delivering high standards
- Maintain excellent time-keeping, organisation and attendance
- Have a friendly and engaging personality
- Motivate and develope the team members
- Lead the team while ensuring the department maintains the highest levels of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
- Ensure all HACCP documentation is up to date.
