We are currently looking for a Warehouse Specialist to join our Operations team who will lead to ensure that warehousing and handling operations of 3PL company is in line with Nestlé Good Warehousing Practices, objectives and principles and maintain the supply chain integrity of distribution operations physically held by 3PL.
Job Description
- Implementing, monitoring and managing Safety, Health and Environment, Quality regulations and Best Practices
- Keep Inventory Record Accuracy on target by implementing cycle count, pick count, empty bin count, etc.
- Ensure dispatch of materials at right time and right quantity
- Ensure that Bad Goods operation is done accurately on time.
- Follow up the solutions and actions of CRR issues related distribution operations
- Ensure good receipt of materials at right time and right quantity
Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial or Management Engineering
- At least 3-4 year relevant and successful operational experience in warehouse operations.
- Relevant operational experience at market/business level, in the following areas is beneficial:
- Customer Service
- Transportation
- Experience in the management of projects such as:
- Warehouse Design
- Distribution Network Redesign
- High Performance Logistics
- Customer Logistics
- Desirable to have had worked on a position in a LEAN organization, who has adapted LEAN concepts and tools as part of their way of working.
- Desirable to have had experience implementing LEAN concepts and tools.
- Fluent in English
